Cheapest in terms of asking price is 516 Homewood Ave. in Narberth, a three-bedroom, one-bedroom house that could go for $219,000.

The National Weather Service forecast calls for a partly sunny Saturday and sunny Sunday with temperatures in the mid-70s.
