5-K Coming to Cynwyd Heritage Trail
Entry fees benefit upkeep of the park.
The Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail have scheduled the first annual five-kilometer race in the new park, with the help of West Laurel Hill Cemetery and the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd.
The Cynwyd 5K (and one-mile walk) will start at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 6—after Philadelphia's Broad Street Run begins at 8:30 a.m. The entry fee is $25 ($30 on race day) for runners and $25 per family for the walk.

I wonder how many Broad Street-Cynwyd 5K double dippers there will be that day. I salute anyone who's crazy enough to do that.
