The 2012 election is the first Tuesday of November, just three months away. So Patch wants to take your pulse on one of the biggest questions of almost any presidential year:
Are you better off now than you were four years ago?
Tell us what you're thinking, and why, in the comments section at the bottom of this article.
Obviously, the answer will be different for almost everyone, so we'd like to hear from you about your situation.
Do you judge "better off" strictly by personal economic conditions, or do personal happiness and other factors play a role?
How important is your answer to how you plan to vote in the presidential, Senate and Congressional elections?

In regards to politics the answer is a definitive "NO". The current people in congress are more concerned with their own political agenda and their party's agenda. There is very little concern for the American people. It's like a "take no prisoners" war is going on, and the American people are collateral damage.

NO, politically I feel powerless and economically I am making almost the same as I was 4 years ago with more bills.
