Belmont Hills Police Calls: Thefts, Crash, Liquor

21 neighborhood incidents were recorded in the week ending Jan. 6.

 

Lower Merion police responded to 21 incidents in the Belmont Hills neighborhood in the week ending Sunday, Jan. 6, according to LMPD statistics.

A list of those incidents is attached to this article, sorted by type. Incident descriptions do not necessarily indicate arrests or convictions.

Incidents included:

  • One abandoned vehicle on Old Belmont Avenue, reported Jan. 2
  • Two domestic disputes
  • One liquor-law violation by juveniles Dec. 31
  • One car crash with injury, when a vehicle ran off the road Jan. 5 at Ashland Avenue and Price Street
  • Two requests for Narberth Ambulance
  • Two reports of theft from the first block of Ashland Avenue Jan. 6
