Today, we're spotlighting the former TD Bank at 921 Montgomery Ave. in Penn Valley.
Legend Properties is advertising the vacancy on LoopNet, a commercial real estate website. The asking price is $1,100,000, for 2,200 square feet of space.
The property is zoned C-1, which allows a variety of uses under Chapter 155, Article XVI of Lower Merion Township's zoning code. Parking spaces are behind the building.
The property most recently sold in 2000 and 1996, for recorded prices of $0 and $1, respectively, according to county property records. Before that, it sold in 1987 for $325,000.
The most recent assessment, in 1997, placed the taxable value at $263,330. The building was erected in 1950.

both Royal Bank buildings just might be the ugliest two buildings in the tri-state area! Good luck lets hope it's a tear down!

Well, the building in question is the one two to the left of that Royal Bank building. Is there a particular kind of business you think would be suitable there?

Is it worth the while of a brokerage to create a physical presence in the local area? . Charles Schwab moved from Bryn Mawr to Wayne. Is there an opportunity for a brokerage or a specialty investments firm? We already have banks, realtors, and insurance offices close by.
