A rainwater harvesting system could help keep the historic Cynwyd Station's basement dry, if a Kickstarter fundraising drive organized by the Lower Merion Historical Society keeps up its current pace.
In its first six days, through Tuesday, more than $1,250 had been raised toward a $5,000 goal. The money would purchase raintanks and planters, according to the project site.
