People should check their garages. Sometimes animals get locked in a neighbors garage. Happened to my cat when I was a child. He was trapped for over a week while they were away. We got him back in a snow storm. He was thin, but able to recover. I live on the 100 block of Chestnut and will keep an eye out. I have a cat named Lily too.

Have not seen Lily, but can advise the following based upon experience.
Our indoor cat got out of the house 2 years ago. She was out for 2 nights in single digit temperatures. We did a lot os research on lost cats. Most results said the cat is most likely very close to home as most cats in the situation are eventually found with 50 yards of home. They hide and will not come when called. We decided to put food outside to see if she would come for it. She started for the food as soon as she heard the familiar sound of the can lid being pulled off. She had been under the deck all the time. We had looked for her there but could not see her because of construction configuration cut of the view at one point. We had called and called her for 2 days. She only came out when there was food. Obviously she was very hungry. I wish you good luck.
