Congratulations to our regional Top Dog winner, Kadey and Bailey.

Bailey, 14, and Kadey, 11, are members of the Singer family in Bala Cynwyd.

The sisters now move on to the Greater Philadelphia area competition, which opens Monday, so check back to vote for your regional winners.
