Throughout the day Monday, the water levels rose across Philadelphia and Lower Merion Townships due to Hurricane Sandy.

This video tracks the storms progress throughout the day at the Schuylkill River, Manayunk Canal, Wissahickon Creek, Mill Creek and also water on Chestnut Hill roadways at Germantown Avenue.
