Patch wants to hear from residents of Narberth, Bala Cynwyd and beyond: What should fill the retail vacancies of your neighborhood streets?

Today, we're spotlighting the first floor of 913 Montgomery Ave. in Penn Valley, where Arthur Murray Dance Studio is on the second floor.

A sign in the window advertises 2,800 square feet for rent on the first floor and invites interested parties to call 610-668-1199.

So tell us in the comments section below: What kind of business would you be most likely to frequent if it moved in? And what other vacancies in town do you have ideas about filling?

Lower the rent and put in a coffee shop with wi-fi and perhaps add some newspapers and magazines.

So few communities have actual newsstands anymore - I know I miss the great one West Chester used to have.

We need a bookstore - now that Borders is gone the closest one is in King of Prussia. We don't need another gym but LA Fitness is taking the space in Wynnewood that was occupied by Borders - so how about an indie bookstore
