Patch wants to hear from residents of Narberth, Bala Cynwyd and beyond: What should fill the retail vacancies of your neighborhood streets?

Today, we're spotlighting the former Regal Lighting shop at 141 Montgomery Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.

The shop held a retirement auction in September 2011. The 5,600-square-foot building, erected in 1890, is now available for rent. A sign invites potential renters to call 610-745-9371.

So tell us in the comments section below: What kind of business would you be most likely to frequent if it moved in? And what other vacancies in town do you have ideas about filling?

The Narberth Community Theatre, which is looking for a new home! But only if the property's monthly rent is reasonable.

Parking...plus seating...plus It would have to be verrry reasonable to pay rent for the months the NCT is not in production.
