The median sales price for homes was $378,950 compared to $389,000 in the first nine months of 2011. On the Main Line, 2,018 homes were sold in the first nine months, an increase from 1,719 during the same time last year. Overall, Radnor saw the highest median sale price on the main line at $550,000, while Lower Merion saw the highest number of homes sold.
