Join West Laurel Hill and guest speaker Ryan Berley, local confectionery connoisseur and proprietor of Shane Confectionery and The Franklin Fountain, for a fascinating look at Philadelphia's confectionery history. The event includes a sampling of tasty treats and a chance to win great prizes from Shane Confectionery, Bassett's Ice Cream and more.

West Laurel Hill Cemetery is a fairly large cemetery. It is gated, with three entrances. There is a large area in the cemetery where there are huge flagpoles that honor the fallen soldiers who have fought for our country. There also is a directory building there to help visitors.
