 INESS and PROFESSIONAL members\, in over 200 countries and territories\,
  and more than 34\,000 clubs. The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation rece
 ntly donated $350 million to Rotary to help eliminate polio in the world
 . There were more than 1000 cases of polio reported DAILY back in 1985 w
 hen Rotary started this eradication project. This year (2012) there have
