  • When:  Friday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m.
  • Where: Narberth Borough Hall
  • Why Go: This months' movie is Frankenweenie€! The movie starts at 7:00 PM in the Big Room, Borough Hall, 100 Conway Avenue, Narberth. The movie is FREE.  Refreshments and candy sold for the benefit of the Narberth 4th of July Committee.

Faux Stained Glass Window Workshop

  • When: Saturday, Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. - Noon
  • Where: Sweet Mabel
  • Why Go: In this 2-hour workshop, we'll guide you through creating a brilliant & colorful work of art using alcohol dyes on a salvaged window.  Fee includes all materials.

4th Annual MLK Volunteer Day of Service

  • When: Monday, Jan. 21 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Where: Cynwyd Park Playground
  • Why Go: The Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail (FOCHT) are hosting their Fourth Annual MLK Volunteer Day of Service for the Cynwyd Heritage Trail. Meet at the Cynwyd Park Playground parking lot (off Trevor Lane) at 9am and will work until 1pm. Everyone and all ages are welcome. Tools, gloves, instruction and refreshments will be provided.
  • Cost: Free

Adult Forum on Human Trafficking

  • Where: Narberth Presbyterian Church
  • Why Go: Come out for this weekly forum that could not only change yoru life, but someone elses as well.  Global human trafficking is gigantic, lucrative, and secretive. Can one person make a difference? Come and hear the stories of local individuals making a difference in the Philly area. How did they get involved? What challenges do they face? What keeps them going?  Open to adults, young adults, and older youth. Free childcare.

Kittypalooza Adoption Extravaganza

  • When: Saturday, Jan. 19 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Where: Buzzy's Bow Wow Meow 701 Montgomery Ave, Penn Valley
  • Why Go: Lucky cats and kittens will be available for adoption through Buzzy's partnership with Animal Care and Control of Philadelphia and The Delaware County SPCA, attracting adopters from the entire Philadelphia region.
