Hurricane Sandy Clothing Drive

  • When: Saturday, Nov. 17, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
  • Where: Narberth Borough Hall
  • Why Go: The Narberth Rugby Club is holding a clothing drive to support those affected by Hurricane Sandy.  Please stop by and donate clothing - especailly winter clothing and blankets.  Adult, child, and baby/toddler items are needed.
  • Cost: Free

State Rep. Lawrence Curry: Implications of Presidential Election

  • When: Sunday, Nov. 18, 2 - 4 p.m.
  • Where: Levering Mill House, 327 Levering Mill Rd, Bala Cynwyd
  • Why Go: State Rep. Lawrence Curry (D-154), who has served in the Assembly since 1992, will speak about the Implications of the Presidential Election at the Sholom Aleichem Club meeting this Sunday.  The meeting is open to the public.
  • Cost: Free

Lower Merion Players present Godspell

  • When: Thursday, Nov. 15 - Saturday, Nov. 17 - All Performances at 7 p.m.
  • Where: Lower Merion High School
  • Why Go: Support high school theater.  The Lower Merion Players are presenting Godspell - a vibrant recreation of the Gospel of Matthew by Stephen Schwartz and John-Michael Tebelak. 
  • Cost: Student/Seniors - $6, Adults - $12

Narberth Movie Night

  • When: Friday, Nov. 16, 7 - 9 p.m.
  • Where: Narberth Borough Hall
  • Why Go:  Bring the family out for the monthly movie night in the big room on the second floor of borough hall.  This month they are showing  Disney/Pixar's "Brave."  The movie is free and all proceeds from refreshments, popcorn and candy benefit the 4th of July Committee.
  • Cost: Free

Narberth Community Theater Presents WHITE CHRISTMAS

  • When: November 16 & 17 at 8 PM and November 18  at 2 PM
  • Where: Narberth Community Theater, lower level of the United Methodist Church
  • Why Go: Enjoy Christmas in November with The Narberth Community Theatre.  This weekend the theater will present its fall musical, the wonderful Irving Berlin classic "White Christmas".   
  • Cost:$14-$17
