Leprechauns Coming To Narberth

The sixth annual Great Narberth Leprechaun Hunt takes place March 16.

Is your kid a master at leprechaun traps? ... Or, at least, are they pretty good at 'I Spy'?

Next Saturday, March 16, Narberth will host its sixth annual Great Narberth Leprechaun Hunt.

From 1 to 4 p.m. next Saturday, pint-sized detectives can head to the corner of Forrest and Haverford avenues to get a game card and an empty pot o' gold. And from there, the hunt is on: kids will search all over town, looking for 10 leprechauns hiding in local shops.

For every leprechaun they find, they'll get a chocolate coin for their pot o' gold, and once they've found all 10 leprechauns, they can head back to Forrest and Haverford to claim their prize: "a shiny gold U.S. Dollar coin," the Narberth Business Association website lauds.

This is the sixth year Narberth has hosted the Leprechaun Hunt. More than a thousand people took part in the event two years ago.
