Bala Cynwyd Taco Bell Opens
The restaurant is at City Avenue and Conshohocken State Road.
With balloons, banners and an enthusiastic anthropomorphic sauce packet, Taco Bell opened Monday on City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.
The restaurant had been under construction since the winter, at the Conshohocken State Road. Adjacent vacant property, zoned for retail, remains available.
The Taco Bell will include Pizza Hut Express items on its menu, and its drive-thru is open 24 hours. The dining area is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

Property owners Bala Investors they would employ about 65 people. Their existing Taco Bell across City Avenue, which is shutting down now that the new one is open, had a staff of about 27.
