The year-old Asian restaurant Pa & Pa in Bala Village is being taken over by Circles Thai, a Philadelphia restaurant company with South Philly and Northern Liberties locations, township retail coordinator Heidi Tirjan said Thursday.
"We are thrilled to be having them," said Tirjan, estimating the restaurant at 126 Bala Ave. would reopen in November as a Circles Thai spot.
It was unclear how long Pa & Pa, which opened in August 2011, would be closed during the changeover. Tirjan said she believed few renovations would be necessary, other than a new sign.
