There are two open houses scheduled this weekend in the Narberth-Bala Cynwyd area, both in Bala Cynwyd, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The more expensive of the area's two open houses is 20 Bryn Mawr Avenue, which is listed at $519,000.

132 Ebenezer Avenue is also open this weekend. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is listed at $284,000.
