There was a place where I used to live that was a cafe that served awesome paninis, salads, fruit and cheese trays, wine and cocktails. It was cozy, lots of plants and marble on the floors, very European. In fact, most of the regulars were Europeans and graduate students. None of the food was priced over $10 making it easy for most people to come in as often as they liked. Narberth could use a few more dining options.
