Albert Barnes 379 North Latch’s Lane estate, which has seven bedrooms, five full baths, two powder rooms, and 10,000 square feet of living space on the first and second floors, went on the market earlier this month, but the home, and its $3,295,000 price tag, haven't budged...yet.
