The roads

• The Dad Vail Regatta on the Schuylkill will have races from 7 a.m. until about 5:45 p.m. Watch for heavier traffic or closures on Kelly Drive, Martin Luther King Drive, the Schuylkill Expressway and other roads.
• PennDOT crews will be sweeping the Schuylkill Expressway in both directions between City Avenue and Conshohocken from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Rock Hill Road lane restrictions will continue from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• A scissor lift and a car at Wawa were both  after the keys to each were left in the ignition, Lower Merion police reported.
