The roads

  • Today and tomorrow, PennDOT will have right lanes closed in both directions on the Schuylkill Expressway between the Conshohocken and Gladwyne exits.
  • Pencoyd Road in Belmont Hills may close intermittently this week because of water-main repair, according to the Lower Merion Department of Public Works.
  • Potholes are rampant in the right-most lane of southbound City Avenue through Bala Cynwyd. If you see one that needs to be fixed, call the township's pothole hotline at 610-645-4782.
