Tax Help, Library Update, 3 More Things To Know This Week

Five things residents of Bala Cynwyd, Narberth, Belmont Hills and Penn Valley should know April 1-6.

1. This week, temperatures are expected to average in the upper 40s the beginning of the week, and mid-50s toward the end of the week, according to the National Weather Service.

2. Still haven't done your taxes? Adults 55 and over can get free tax help at New Horizons Senior Center on the mornings of Monday, April 1 and Monday, April 8. The center requests that participants sign up at least a week ahead of time. Find out more on the Patch event listing.

3. Narberth Borough's Planning Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

4. Lower Merion's Board of Commissioners meet Wednesday night in committee. On the agenda are approvals to fill police vacancies, and updates on Bala Cynwyd, Gladwyne and Ardmore library renovations and repairs.
