1. Penn Valley Civic Association Meeting: Cancelled
Penn Valley canceled the February civic association meeting, which would have taken place tomorrow night. The next meeting will be held on March 22 at 7:30 p.m. in the library at Penn Valley Elementary School.
2. Lower Merion Finance Workshop To Be Held Wednesday Night
The second of two public meetings on the potential uses for $6.9 million in unanticipated Lower Merion Township General Fund revenue will take place Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 6 p.m. at Lower Merion Township Municipal Building. The meeting will also be cablecast live on LMTV (Comcast 7/Verizon 37).
3. Meet Narberth's Mayor, Wednesday
If you haven't yet met Narberth's mayor, here's your chance. The monthly Meet The Mayor event takes place Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Narberth Borough Hall.
4. Preston And Steve Documentary Premieres at Media Film Festival
Thursday, Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Media Community Center, 3rd St. and Monroe, Media

Local filmmaker Sean McKnight's documentary Undivided: The Preston and Steve Experience premieres this Thursday at the Media Film Festival. Tickets to Thursday night's event are $10 and can be purchased online. We'll have more information on the documentary up this week.
5. Narberth Library Marshmallow Challenge
Saturday, Feb. 25 at 1 p.m. at Narberth Library
Kids in kindergarten on up are invited to join the Narberth Library for The Marshmallow Challenge. Teams will compete to build the tallest structure using spaghetti, tape, string and a marshmallow. Space is limited to 30 children, so families should pre-register for this program.
