Viewfinder: The Ice Storm

Freezing rain took down trees, power lines and more Tuesday and Wednesday.

It wasn't just freezing rain that fell from the sky Wednesday in Penn Valley.

Luckily, no one was injured.

Elliot, Miriam, Noah and Jacob Eiseman have just begun the cleanup from the tree that penetrated the attic of their Penn Valley home. Other area residents suffered power outages, undriveable roads and school delays or cancellations because of the storm that ripped through.

While the worst might have passed, families like the Eisemans continue to feel the power of Mother Nature long after the storm subsides.
