This September, registered Dietician Katie Marger will bring the
supermarket to YOU through discussions at New Horizons.  Each week will feature information and tips on shopping for
different food, focusing on what you should look for when you shop.  There will be fun, facts, and of course --
tastings!  So if you are 55 years or
older and have ever wondered what you should look for when you peruse the
