This yoga
series taught by Kripalu Hatha Yoga teacher Rena Potok will focus on meditation, standard yoga poses, breath work,
development of the quiet mind, and relaxation. This form of yoga brings body,
mind, and spirit into a state of harmony and balance, by emphasizing the flow
of prana, compassionate self-observation, and taking what is learned on the mat into daily life. This
class has a gentle approach and is perfect for beginners, seniors, pregnant
women, and students who want a deep and gradual practice.
