There are 15 open houses scheduled for the weekend of Oct. 20-21 in the Bala Cynwyd and Narberth areas, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive house that is showing this weekend is located at 1315 Hagys Ford Road in Penn Valley and is listed at $889,900.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to check out 505 Homewood Avenue in Narberth, which is listed at $265,000.
