Bala Cynwyd Police Calls: Car Fire, DUI Arrests

Lower Merion police responded to 119 incidents in the Bala Cynwyd neighborhood in the week ending Sunday, Jan. 6, according to LMPD statistics.

A list of those incidents is attached to this article, sorted by type. Incident descriptions do not necessarily indicate arrests or convictions.

Incidents included:

• 1 criminal mischief to residence: Jan. 1 at the 100 block of Summit Lane
• 2 disorderly conduct citations: Jan. 3 on the 100 block of Presidential Boulevard and Jan. 6 on the first block of East City Avenue
• 2 DUI arrests: the night of Dec. 31 at City and Bryn Mawr avenues, and Jan. 3 on the 800 block of Conshohocken State Road
• 1 vehicle fire, Dec. 31 on the 300 block of Bala Avenue
• 1 credit card fraud case
• 5 car crashes with property damage
• 4 thefts
