Crime Stats: Fatal Crash, Fires and Thefts
Police calls decreased week to week in the area.
Lower Merion police responded to 223 calls throughout Narberth, Bala Cynwyd, Belmont Hills and Penn Valley the week ending Sunday, Nov. 18, down from 238 calls the week before, department records show.

- 1 fatal car crash, Nov. 17 on Rock Hill Road in Bala Cynwyd
- 3 fires, including two heater/chimney fires in Bala Cynwyd and a structure fire in Penn Valley Nov. 15

- 2 citations for public drunkenness
