The Bryn Mawr girl drowned Saturday at St. Albans Swim Club in Newtown Square.
The Saturday drowning death of a 3-year-old Bryn Mawr girl at a St. Albans Swim Club pool has been ruled accidental, officials said Tuesday.
“Her father lost sight of her, and by the time her father found her it was too late,” Montgomery County Coroner Walter Hofman said.
