Report: City Avenue Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run
The 50-year-old Philadelphia man died early Tuesday, NBC-10 reported.
NBC-10 reports a 50-year-old Philadelphia man was struck and killed by a car near City Avenue and Presidential Boulevard on New Year's Day.
Patrick Coyle was crossing the northbound (Philadelphia-side) lanes of City Avenue near his Presidential Apartments home early Tuesday morning when he was hit, according to NBC-10, by a car that was immediately driven away from the scene.
Philadelphia police are investigating the identity of the driver, according to the report.
