The incident happened three months ago on Cambridge Road.

A suspect in a Jan. 5 Bala Cynwyd burglary was arrested this week, Lower Merion Police Superintendent Michael J. McGrath told the Board of Commissioners Wednesday night.

McGrath did not name the person arrested or provide any other details, though in answering a question from Bala Cynwyd Commissioner George Manos, the superintendent said authorities are investigating whether the person is also connected to as many as "three or four" other Lower Merion crimes.

In a weekly , police told news media that someone had forced open a side door to a home on the 500 block of Cambridge Road, the evening of Jan. 5. A resident had reported an audible alarm and a suspicious man in the area; police then found watches, jewelry, cash and computer memory cards missing from the home.
