Woman Shot With Taser After Biting Guard, Police Say

The incident occurred at the Lord & Taylor on City Avenue.

A 22-year-old Havertown woman was shot with a Taser to her back and shoulder after police said she stole something from Lord & Taylor on City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd on March 1.

Police said they found a security guard holding down the woman on a grassy area outside of the store around 6:45 p.m.

She apparently refused to comply with the officers’ orders and bit the security guard, said police.

The woman was charged with retail theft.

After trying the Taser I expect next time she'll be armed with more than her teeth...

The only thing I wonder, is what made her think she can go to Lord & Taylor's & not pay for her Items? Here's a hint, unless it says FREE, you pay for it!!!!!!!
