After Windsor Avenue in Narberth closed for part of Wednesday during Aqua PA water-main work, the street will reopen Thursday while work is done on other streets, the borough announced via email.
The 100 block of Conway Avenue (where the borough building is) and the 100 block of Dudley Avenue will be closed for construction.
