Mail and libraries will be unavailable in Narberth and Bala Cynwyd.
On Monday's Presidents Day holiday, the following locations and services used by residents of Narberth, Bala Cynwyd, Belmont Hills and Penn Valley will be unavailable:
- Lower Merion School District schools and offices
- Lower Merion Township government offices
- Belmont Hills and Narberth libraries
- Narberth and Bala Cynwyd post offices and mail delivery
- Montgomery County offices and courts
