Windsor Avenue in Narberth is to be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, according to borough officials' email notification to residents.
The closure is for Aqua PA construction.
The Narberth Avenue bridge remains closed to vehicle traffic until further notice.
