GENTLE YOGA FOR EVERYBODY!

Come try a FREE introductory class on Mon. Sept. 26 from 4:00 to 5:00pm

With Georgette DuBois, MS, RYT at United Methodist Church of Narberth, Price and N. Essex Aves.

This will be an opportunity to sample simple yoga techniques that everyone can do, and to learn more about the upcoming series starting on Mon. Oct. 3.

12 week series

4:00 to 5:00 pm

Fee for the series $150 per student

Classes will include stretching, breathing, basic yoga postures, and meditative silence in an atmosphere of comfort and acceptance. Please bring a mat or towel. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to enjoy!

Preregistration is required for the series.
