I (went against my dad's warning) and ordered from this place once. And only once. I ordered zucchini sticks and received cold dipping marinara sauce. When I called to ask why, I was told in a very rude way by the owner that hot marinara is only by request. I explained that I never heard of a hot app being served with a hot sauce without request, but he rudely informed me that they could not deliver me another heated sauce cause they were busy cleaning up so they could close for the night. It wasn't even 10:30pm and the menu states that they close at 11pm on Thurs nights. I told him that the menu didn't state to specify if I wanted heated sauce with my heated appetizer and he told me I was crazy to expect that without asking. Then he told me not to "ruin my night over it" and hung up on me. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! And I tipped well. Wow, I am appalled. Don't waste time or money on this asshole or his business. All I actually wanted was an apologize. This guy will screw you over. I was even polite, but all he cared about was closing early.
