This large, classy department store is the biggest store in the Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center, and with good reason. It offers an incredible amount of clothing, gifts, jewelry and beauty supplies, so much that anybody should be able to find something they need. Lord & Taylor specializes in fine, modern fashions, and is a great place to find outfits for job interviews and special occasions.

employees and customer service are terrible. As a customer, you may wait 20-25 minutes fro a dressing room or for a sales person to help you out, even when asked. Many of hte sales associates are more concerned with gossiping then helping customers. I have been in the store many many times and have not had a good experience. Would like to see a manager presence on the floor and mentoring for sales associates
