Pleasant, helpful personnel at Royal Bank. I'm not crazy about their online system but this is minor compared to their service.

Over the next few months we are significantly upgrading our online banking tools and I hope you (and others) will notice the enhancements. Pretty soon you will be able to have your PECO or Comcast bills show up in your online banking suite automatically, giving you quick click access to view/pay these (and countless other) bills. Online BillPay has made life so easy and this upgrade makes it even easier.
