A staple of the Main Line since 1933, the New Tavern Restaurant & Bar strives to offer quality service, friendly wait staff and a menu diverse enough to please every palate. Brothers Nick and George have run the establishment since 1974. The New Tavern features a brightly lit dining room, outside terrace, bar and cocktail lounge along with an upper banquet room for private events called the "Cynwyd Room." It was named "Best Continental Restaurant of the Main Line" in 2010 by the Main Line Times and Main Line Suburban Life.
