Awful. I've had many apartments before, and most experiences have been pretty good in comparison to this one. I was very excited to move (relocate) to the Philly area and settled on this apartment after months of searching. My experience with Wolverton has been a fiasco since move in day. I don't know who my landlord is; only some 'representative'. Apartment was filthy upon move in. Missing keys...dust...grime...mold...a mouse...oh, and the A/C didn't work for the first 5 days I lived there. No one ever returns my phone calls. Please, for the sake of your happiness, rent elsewhere. This company is horrible.
