These food-service establishments were evaluated by the Montgomery County Health Department.
The Montgomery County Health Department conducted inspections on three area businesses since early October -- here are their reports. The facilities were found to have anywhere from zero (Toni Roni's) to two (Great American Pub) violations on a list of 54 violations. None of the establishments were ordered to shut down. Below lists each facility's name to in the Patch directory listing as well as the date of its inspection, which includes the health department's report.

Three local restaurants were inspected by the Montgomery County Health Department from Sept. 12-30. Each facility was found to have from 2 (The Cheese Company) to 8 (Italian Delite) infractions on a checklist of 54 items. Some were fixed on site, according to the report, and none of the facilities was required to shut down. The deadline for immunizations is April 30.
The Montgomery County Health Department has released new vaccine requirements for children attending public schools in the county, and will also hold immunization clinics to help parents meet the April 30 deadline. The requirements are: *Usually given as DTP or DTaP or DT or Td **Usually given as MMR Additionally, children attending 7th grade in 2011/12 need one dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) if five years have lapsed since the last immunization, and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV).
