The business now has a Bala Cynwyd location and a Center City location.
The Center City Philadelphia restaurant Honeygrow opened a Bala Cynwyd location on Thursday, serving what a manager called "healthy fast food" and filling the last hole in the Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center's City Avenue-side expansion. Next door in Honeygrow's building are AT&T and Corner Bakery, which opened last year, as did the Bryn Mawr Trust bank branch at a nearby standalone spot. All are next to City Avenue, whereas the rest of the shopping center is set back farther. The local-ingredient-focused spot and a new AT&T store will be the Corner Bakery's neighbors.
All four business spaces in the retail addition to the Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center are now reserved, leasing agent Federal Realty has announced. Next to the Corner Bakery that opened in early June will be a new AT&T store, and on the other side of AT&T will be a Honeygrow restaurant. Both are slated to open in the fall. The standalone pad site across the parking lot is set to become a Bryn Mawr Trust bank branch, also to open in the fall, as Patch previously reported. The existing AT&T store in the shopping center will close once the new one opens, according to Federal Realty. The first Honeygrow restaurant (named as an expression of "honest eating and growing local") opened in early June near Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia.

Absolutely marvelous! I had the coconut sauce one, spicy and delicious. My best restaurant for Gluten free foods. They have a sign for Food Allergens, just let them know. You can also choose what ingredients you want in your meal...Thumbs Up to you! Priced $7-$10...but...you get a lot of food. 2 meals plus worth.   more ›
