We are still debating this issue because the amount of alcohol that is too much is debatable. PERIOD. Or do you want to remove screens, radios, cell phones, pets, and passengers from cars? Because they also distract the driver and reduce his concentration. While we're at it, we clearly should prohibit everyone over 60 from driving or anyone with a disability.

You people have a really low bar for tool-like behavior. I'm sure that when Obama declared "National Equal Pay Day", "Military Spouse Appreciation Day", and (my personal favorite because it was on Socialist May Day) "Loyalty Day", you also called him a tool. Oh, there was also "Cesar Chavez Day" ON EASTER.
If Corbett's a tool, then Obama's a backhoe.

He only seems to discriminate against people who have a BMI over 18 or don't look like they used Heidi Montag's plastic surgeon, so the law's on his side.

The fact is that since the 1964 Civil Rights Act was passed, thanks to collusion between racist business owners and their Jim Crow governments, we are required to allow government to tell us who we can hire and fire. We will have to effect some extraordinary change to learn how to handle racist behavior ourselves without involving courts and government.

We already have lots of gun regulation: some of it reasonable, most of it not, and little of it properly enforced.

People who oppose gun rights are really good at attacking straw men.

With this change, women or smaller men won't even be able to have a single drink.
