Road Work Concluding on Narberth's Main Drag

Aqua PA has been working on Haverford Avenue most of the summer.

The road work that has forced alternating traffic on Haverford Avenue is nearly done, Assistant Borough Manager Fred Hansell told Patch on Tuesday.

A crew subcontracted by Aqua PA was patching gaps in the road Tuesday on the stretch between Narberth Avenue and Montgomery Avenue. Several other large holes awaited the same treatment. Hansell said the water-main work that began in June would conclude with patching, milling and paving.
