4 Open Houses This Weekend

Saturday and Sunday should be warm and rain-free, according to the NWS forecast.

Four open houses are scheduled for the Memorial Day weekend in the Narberth-Bala Cynwyd area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive open house is 1248 Greentree Lane in Penn Valley. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an asking price of $635,000.

38 Aberdale Road in Bala Cynwyd, on the other hand, could be yours for $400,000. It has six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The National Weather Service forecast calls for a sunny Saturday and cloudy Sunday with temperatures in the mid-80s.
